Please allow<span><strong> 1-2 business days</strong></span> for your orders to be processed and <strong>3</strong> <span><strong>business days for your orders to be shipped</strong></span>. It usually takes<span><strong> 5-7 business days for your orders to be delivered, after they have been placed. </strong></span><span>Business days exclude holidays and weekends. </span></p>
<p><span>As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided with your order. Indie Icon<strong> </strong>is not liable for situations out of our control, such as inclement weather, delayed delivery schedule, incorrect provided addresses, or USPS lost packages. If your items are lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim with USPS.</span></p>
<p>We also offer priority shipping at a flat rate of $10 for all U.S. orders that can be selected at checkout, and it will take 2-3 business days to ship. </p>

<p>Our customers are always our number one priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to ALWAYS make it right. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us regarding any issues with your order at customerservice@shopindieicon.com. </p>
<p>You will have <span>30 days</span> to return your <strong>UNWORN</strong> items once delivered. Items must have the tag attached. If you choose to return, you will receive <b>STORE CREDIT</b>. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping of your returns and/or exchanges. <span>Sale items, swimsuits, and intimates are </span><b><u>FINAL SALE</u></b><span> and </span><strong><span>can not be returned.</span></strong><strong> </strong>Always refer to the inside care tag before washing or drying an item.</p>
